
The A La Carte Assist service is best suited to clients who want to take a more active role in their transaction, or those who only need expert brokerage help for certain phases of the deal, rather than a full brokerage engagement.
A La Carte business brokerage services is a model where clients can choose individual services from a menu, or bundle all available services for a monthly fee, as opposed to full-service brokerage package. Bundled services do not quite total a full service brokerage offering, however, we will do our best to make recommendations to fill in the gaps if necessary.

This approach allows business owners—and sometimes buyers—to select and pay only for the specific brokerage support they need, such as valuation, listing management, buyer outreach, negotiation assistance, documentation management, or transaction coordination, rather than paying a standard percentage commission for the entire process.
A La Carte Assist is currently only available for businesses with annual revenue under $750K.
